For larger engagements 84EM brings in specialists from the agencies it already builds for, people known from shared client work rather than sourced on demand. 84EM does not use freelance platforms.

Away from work, Andrew spends time with his wife Rebecca and their rescue animals, writes music, and works in the garden.
Between client engagements, he gives talks at meetups and conferences – mostly on web development and on using AI for practical business work.
