Who does the work
Andrew Miller is the point of contact and the accountable party from scoping through deployment. The person who scopes a project designs it, builds it, and ships it. There is no middle layer relaying messages, and no handoff to a junior team after the sale.
When others are brought in
84EM’s network is the agencies it has done work for over the years, and the relationship runs both ways. They send 84EM overflow web development. 84EM calls on them when a project needs design, content, strategy, or more hands than one calendar holds.
Everyone in it is known from shared client work, not sourced on demand, works under a signed NDA, and ships nothing without 84EM’s QA and sign-off.
Communication and accountability stay with Andrew throughout. Adding capacity doesn’t add a layer between the client and the person answering for the result, and at no time is capacity added without the client’s written consent.
If Andrew is unavailable
Short absences, illness or vacation, pause the work rather than hand it to someone unfamiliar with it, and clients are told in advance wherever the absence is planned. For a long absence, the same agencies can cover the engagement or take it over, and because the project record is kept as the work happens, a successor needs a brief onboarding, not a reconstruction.
Put in writing
Clients own all custom code and keep repository access, documentation, and credentials for the whole engagement. Nothing depends on 84EM releasing them, and there is no lock-in.
