A wellness brand needed to capture health assessment data from prospects and automatically sync it to customer profiles for targeted marketing campaigns. The challenge was connecting quiz responses to WordPress user accounts while handling both registered users and anonymous respondents who might register later.
Without that connection, quiz data stayed trapped in the quiz platform. Marketing teams exported responses manually and imported them to customer records – an error-prone process that couldn’t keep up with volume. Responses from visitors who hadn’t yet created accounts were simply abandoned.
Solution
84EM built a custom integration that connects the quiz platform with WordPress to sync health assessment responses to user profiles automatically. The system captures data from both existing customers and anonymous quiz takers, ensuring no responses are lost.
For existing users, responses immediately save to their profile. For anonymous respondents, data is stored temporarily and automatically migrates to their profile when they create an account.

The deferred mapping system ensured zero data loss from anonymous visitors. Quiz responses from prospects who hadn’t yet created accounts were preserved and automatically connected when they registered, which had been impossible with the previous manual process. This captured a significant segment of quiz completions that would have otherwise been disconnected from any customer record.
