Third-Party Services
Infrastructure Providers
Hosting (Kinsta): We host 84EM.com on Kinsta, which processes server logs (e.g., IP address, user-agent, timestamps) to operate and secure the service. See Kinsta’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Edge Security & Performance (Cloudflare): We use Cloudflare (WAF, DDoS mitigation). Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies and process technical data to provide these protections. See Cloudflare’s Cookie Policy.
AI & LLM Providers
We sometimes use third-party AI services as assistive development tools (currently Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT) for research, code suggestions, and documentation. We avoid including client confidential information or personal data in prompts unless you ask us to and it is necessary for the project; in those cases, we limit the data to the minimum required. For additional operational safeguards, see our AI Policy.
- OpenAI (ChatGPT): OpenAI states it does not train on business/enterprise/API data by default. See Enterprise Privacy.
- Anthropic (Claude): Anthropic’s consumer chat experience now requires users to choose whether chats may be used for training; this change does not apply to business/education/API tiers. See Anthropic’s Updates to Consumer Terms.
No Tracking or Analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, social media tracking pixels, or other behavioral tracking services on our website.
Cookies
84EM.com does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. Any cookies present are strictly functional and provided by Cloudflare for security and performance optimization.
International Transfers & DPAs
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or similar safeguards via our providers’ data protection terms. We will enter into a Data Processing Addendum upon request.

You may have rights under applicable law to:
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to business record requirements)
